Camp Live Oak runs a Winter Camp during Broward County’s holiday break at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Fort Lauderdale. The 2026 dates are December 21–31, closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Camp is for ages 5–13, 9:00am–3:30pm, with morning and after care available.
Camp Live Oak describes each day as a different theme. Campers paddle the park waterways, practice archery and fishing, launch rockets, run science experiments, make art and learn about Florida wildlife.
