Saturday 3 October 2026, 10am–3pm.
Follen Church, 755 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420.
Children’s games and activities, the fair’s signature flea market, baked goods, hot and cold food, plant and produce sales, vendor and community-organisation booths, music, cheese, cider and ice cream.
Housewares and home decor, books for all ages, costume and fine jewellery, gently used toys and games, and “Finer Fleas”.

Saturday 3 October 2026, from 10am to 3pm, at Follen Church, 755 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington. It is the 188th annual fair.
Follen Church lists children’s games and activities alongside the flea market, baked goods, hot and cold foods, plant and produce sales, vendor booths, music, cheese, cider and ice cream. The flea market itself includes books for all ages and gently used toys and games.
Follen Church does not publish an admission price for the fair. Food, baked goods and flea-market items are sold on the day.
This is the 188th fair. The first was held in 1839 by the “Ladies of East Lexington” to raise funds for a church in East Lexington, and it included a toy shop for children and a band. It has run almost every year since, making it one of America’s oldest community fairs.
