🥬 Volunteering details ↗

Needham Community Farm has the most welcoming age policy of the farms we list: all ages, with children under 13 accompanied by an adult who is also volunteering — not supervising from a bench. The one exception is harvest sessions, which are for volunteers 15 and up.

It is also the practical choice for a high-schooler chasing service-learning hours, because the farm supervisors will sign school forms. Bring the form with you rather than emailing afterwards.
